As their Zoho implementation partner, we delivered a fully customized Zoho CRM Professional setup designed to centralize operations, eliminate manual errors, and provide real-time visibility. Our solution addressed the lodge’s most pressing challenges and built a scalable foundation for growth:

Centralized Room Inventory Management
We created a dedicated Rooms module in Zoho CRM, functioning as a live digital inventory. This allowed the sales and reservation teams to track the status of all 42 rooms in real time, eliminating the risk of double-bookings and confusion across locations.

Hybrid Booking & Visual Calendar System
A new Deals module was designed for managing reservations, supported by a custom Cohort Report. This gave the front-desk team a calendar-style, visual overview of room availability—replicating the familiarity of Excel but with the efficiency of an automated system.

Automated Workflows for Efficiency
Intelligent workflows were configured to update room status instantly when a booking was confirmed, create reservation records automatically, and release rooms back into inventory upon checkout. This removed dependency on manual updates and reduced human error.

Seamless WhatsApp Integration
Through the WhatsApp Business API, we enabled automated, pre-approved customer communication for booking confirmations, check-in notifications (including WiFi details), check-out thank you messages, and scheduled greetings for special occasions. This ensured consistent, professional engagement.
