The Batch — What we send and what we hold
Fortnightly notes for food processing plants in North India
What it is
A short email for people running food processing units. Operational and compliance topics: FSSAI documentation, FSMS records, material and batch planning, production traceability. Roughly two emails a month, around 24 a year.
What we collect
Your name, work email address, company name, your role, and what your unit produces. If you subscribed over WhatsApp, we also hold your WhatsApp number.
Why we collect it
To send you The Batch, and to keep it relevant to the kind of unit you run. Nothing else. We do not sell, rent, or share this data with any third party.
Who holds it

Your data is stored on Zoho's servers in India.
How long we keep it
At least 24 months after you withdraw consent, or until you have not opened an email from us for 24 months, whichever comes first.
How to stop
Three ways, all of which take effect immediately:
- Click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email
- Reply STOP to any email from us
- Send STOP on WhatsApp to +91 91155 20303
Withdrawing is as easy as joining. You will receive nothing further, and we will delete your record on request.
Your rights
You may ask what data we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it erased. You may also nominate someone to exercise these rights on your behalf. Write to info@digiwah.com and we will respond within 30 days.
If you are not satisfied with how we handle your request, you may raise a complaint with the Data Protection Board of India.
