Authorised Dealer · Kirloskar Powergen
Digiwah rebuilt Kumar Powers on Zoho CRM in about four weeks. Sales, installation, service, accounts and the owner now work in one system, with one-click branded quotations, a complaint ticket board and six live dashboards that refresh every minute.
Kumar Powers (Kumar Generator House) is an authorised dealer for Kirloskar Powergen in New Delhi. They sell, install, commission and service diesel generator sets from 2.8 kVA to over 1000 kVA, along with panels, transformers, servo stabilisers, battery energy storage and solar.
Every order passes through three teams before it is finished. The owner wanted to see all three in one place, every day, without calling anyone.
Kumar Powers already had a CRM, but it was only a flat customer register. Quotations, proforma invoices and purchase orders lived in separate Word files. Complaints lived in phone calls. The owner had no report, so to know the day's position he called each person.
Several quotation formats, with the standard terms and annexures copied by hand every time.
Proforma invoices and purchase orders were separate files with no link back to the deal.
A deal could be marked won with no PO copy and no advance in hand.
Nothing showed which jobs were open, who was on them, or what the customer signed off.
We moved the full legacy client base into Zoho CRM in bulk, split into Contacts and de-duplicated company Accounts. Companies were matched on a cleaned name key, so everyone from one firm now sits under one Account instead of scattered duplicate records.

Leads and Deals were redesigned around the client's own enquiry format: kVA, site type, site location, requirement and lead source, mandatory where it matters. Each pipeline stage uses the client's own words.
No PO copy and advance, no Won. No reason, no Lost. The same rule guards imports and API updates.
If a salesperson does not touch a new lead in 24 hours, it moves to the next person with a note and a pop-up. Migrated leads are excluded.
Deal 360 is a custom widget that opens from any deal. Health, follow-ups, the full timeline, the key editable fields and every document for the customer sit on one screen. Lead 360 does the same for leads before conversion.
The Create Quote form pulls the customer, address, phone and kVA from the deal and picks the right template from the rating. The branded PDF opens the moment the quote is saved, and one click emails it with the salesperson's own name and mobile.
Zoho's pipeline limit was already used by Sales, Installation and Commissioning, so we built a custom Complaints module from scratch, with an automatic ticket number on every complaint. The Complaint Desk is a drag-and-drop board. Dragging a card updates the CRM, and visit and resolve dates stamp themselves.
Instead of stock reports that people stop opening after a week, every role got its own live desk inside Zoho CRM. Each desk refreshes every 60 seconds (paused while someone is typing or dragging), has Today, Week and Month views, and every number clicks through to the record behind it. Charts are drawn in-house, with no outside chart library, so they load fast inside Zoho.
For the owner only: the whole company, for any date range.
For each salesperson: my quotes, my leads, my day.
For installation and purchase, built on the client's own installation checklist.
For service and commissioning: what needs you now.
For the service team: every complaint, live.
For accounts: who pays, and when.

Every team member has a role on Zoho One. Each profile sees only its own tabs and desks. Staff cannot delete, import, export or mass-update. Tasks stay private per person, and the owner sees everything through the role hierarchy.
We started from the client's own old quotations, proforma invoices, stage list, product list and email drafts, not a generic template.
Every change was built, tested on a live record and shown the same day. A point sent on WhatsApp is usually live within hours.
Things that never change are folded away. Dropdowns instead of long lists, card rows with colour status instead of wide tables.
Kiosk Studio for the Won dialog, Client Scripts for stage control, Deluge for PO files and PDF emails, custom widgets for every desk. Zoho's standard screens still work for anyone who prefers them.
Sales, Installation, Service, Accounts and the Owner on Zoho CRM. No Word files, no separate sheets.
Right template, right letterhead, PDF and email in one go.
And no lost deal without a reason.
Untouched leads move to the next person automatically.
A ticket, a technician, a visit date, a resolve date and a sign-off.
One email at 8 AM and one screen during the day.
Core system live in about 4 weeks. Still being extended feature by feature with the client.
The core system went live in about four weeks. Digiwah continues to extend it feature by feature with the client, and most change requests go live within hours.
Yes. For Kumar Powers, Digiwah built a Create Quote form that pulls the customer details from the deal and picks the right product template. The branded PDF opens on save and can be emailed to the customer in one click. Proforma invoices and purchase orders are created from the same deal, each with its own numbering series.
Yes. Digiwah built a custom Complaints module with automatic ticket numbers and a drag-and-drop Complaint Desk running from Received to customer Sign-off. Visit and resolve dates stamp automatically.
If the assigned salesperson does not touch a new lead within 24 hours, Zoho CRM moves it to the next person with a note and a pop-up. The Sales Desk flags these leads at 20 hours, before the handover happens. Migrated legacy leads are excluded.
Six live role desks: CEO, Sales, Ops, Service, Complaint and Payment. Each refreshes every 60 seconds, has Today, Week and Month views, and every number opens the records behind it.
We start from your real quotations, stages and reports, build in small live steps, and stay until your team owns it.
